The Effects of Temperature on Body Temperature
CNN's John Sutter tested his body temperature using a geothermal thermometer. After 30 minutes, he was 0.7 degrees lower than the control stew. His final temperature after 30 minutes was 38.8 Celsius. That's just like your surface temperature; it wasn't anything going inside you.
