The Importance of Biomarkers in Stress Management

If there was a way to at baseline measure their biological age we haven't discussed that whether that's a possibility but if you could at baseline take a group of people who you believe are stressed and then randomize them into two different groups one who is a placebo and one who is getting some sort of meditation or breath work intervention. That would make a lot of sense although I've practiced me a little bit more dismissive than this is fair but the real challenge often they're very small studies which is just a shame. We don't know definitively whether or not that works so the first thing is they're often quite small which makes it hard to generalize them necessarily.
