Is This Legislation Apocalyptic?

Alex Castellanos claims that Bush supported the 1994 gun bill. In fact, he did not and it would have to be passed by Congress. He is just getting talking points from the NRA's press releases. It was safe for Bush to signal support of gun control in order to sway independence to the right while being Entirely comfortable no gun bill had any chance of making it through either house of Congress.
