You're not just a physical therapist, you're also a running coach. You can treat the er once they're injured, but as you the running coach, you put that hat on and then you can help prevent those injuries from occurring in the first place through sound training. The number one reason why runners get hurt is because of training errors. We run too much too soon, too fast. As my college coach would say, that's a good recipe for getting hurt.
