Hans: I've always been terrible at running. Wanted to enhance how functional i am and evolve the way i lift. He says you can find your internal driver by asking yourself a simple question, why do you want to be fit? Hans: Take a piece of paper, take anything, tegaphone out, and rit don what you want to evol in. And after that, embark on, put on and say, what do i really want to do? It could be anything for you.
