The song was one of the first melodies that I recall walking around humming. It suggested zero of what you were saying. There is actually a darker note in song, which is what makes it interesting. The nonchalant do do do thing is an irony. But how much do we need culturally, right? How much context do we need before it becomes those things? Can it purely in an abstract say anything, even in this langerian way?
