Window Washing Companies - What's the Difference?
The way we structure it is, the subcontractor takes 50 to 60% of the job. So they don't have to worry about getting jobs. They just get spoon fed jobs and they take a lower cut than they normally would. An established company would never take that deal. It's more so guys who invest in their own equipment and invested in all their stuff and they like to clean windows and they just want to get the work.
