Do You Have to Go to Arbitration or Court?
In many cases, companies tell you that you must arbitrate these matters. They've got to go to mandatory arbitration. Well, the problem of mandatory arbitration is that it's quiet. The proceedings are secret, and you never hear what happens. What we've decided to do is we'll give the victim a choice. So the victim can s whether to go to arbitration or to go to court. If you choose to talk about it, you may do so. We're not going to stop you. We'll respect we actually, i think, find that the victims respect being treated that way.
