In about 2010, I was living in Thailand and I put on a load of weight. So I decided to do something about it and started binging them. For about six months, I went about 80% raw. But what I learned about food is that it's something very interesting. If you really look at it properly, the food industry can be so horrifying. As I was eating less, I was feeling less hungry. There's a thing called excitotoxins, which are things that basically they put in food,. biscuits and crisps and things like that. That excite your nervous system. And it just makes you more hungry.
