The Effect of Narcissism on Child Resilience

The degree to which a child is affected by a narcissistic parent depends on the severity of the narcissism in the parent. Other influencing adults are both parents on that continuum. Do they have one healthy parents or do they have grandparents? Do they have extended family, neighbors, anybody in their life, teachers? So that child resilience is dependent on the protective factors in their life.
