How Does Psychological Safety Fit in With Your 80% Assessment?
The quicker you are to show your distinctive value, the better off you are. So I know that conventional wisdom is go slow, like ramp up, make sure people get to know you. But I've never seen any evidence for which that is true. As you think about these three legs of trust that have to be in balance, authenticity, logic and empathy, how does that fit in with psychological safety? It's very hand in glove in what we're talking about. And it was costing lives when people weren't bringing up things like nurses didn't feel safe to say you left an instrument behind during surgery.
