The Rainmaker Awards is a multi-day event that takes place in New York City. The idea for the awards was originally to give people an excuse to get on panels and ask them how they do what they do. But when Jason started listening to podcasts, he realized it could also be used as a way to launch his first book. "I never want to edit another episode of my life where I don't know where I learned something," says Jason.
