In the wake of 9-11, a lot of governments got real and understandably twitchy about possible acts of terror. At first glance, the news of the world story looks like one of these cases. But what Kanyare really was an eccentric entrepreneur who was always trying to stick his thumb in one or another get-rich-quick pies. According to Kanyare, he wasn't trying to nuke London. What he was trying to do, he said, was make a bunch of money.
