How to Make Money on a Boarding House
We self managed until we got to about 26 units. Once we bought the second boarding house, that's when we hired a property manager. We were like making a lot more money, but that helped us hit our goals faster and it worked for us at that time. Now, because I do have a lot of money and I'm more protective of my time, I would not do a boarding house again. I just don't want, I don't wanna work.
