Can't Participate in the Colonoscopy
There's no reason this patient should be having strokes that we know of yet unless their colonoscopy led to stroke. We have what's called an encephalopathy which just means a brain apathy right there's altered mental status or they sort of vague terms that something's going on in the brain and we can't say too much more. What could be a process affecting the whole brain all at once you could get a lot of small emboli if there was a cardiac source.
