i think it's much more a accurate to think about new liberalism as a process of state capture and re eployment, where essentially capital like, captures a state apparatus and makes it do its bidding. Am, the m and nd an and nora's new liberalism really the shrinking of the state. The state is really, em really, there is an agent of violence. These are the things that have grown expedientially under kind of this period of new liberalism. I was going to mention, in that regard, what your talkn about sort of reminds me of thea the late sociologist sigmund bawman, and his idea liquid modernity.
