The First Disclosure Act in Shelby County

After Citizens United Now, Kennedy had said he said there would be disclosure. So that was a reaction to Nixon and other stuff. When McCain Finegold came up, I think there were 14 Republican senators who had voted against McCain Finegold for the First Disclos Act. They just simply threw out Montana's case and went on about their business. That is what protects the result that they wanted all along.
