Liza: There is something so luxurious about silence, about disconnection. Liza: We need that kind of solitude and time for reflection or just whatever Netflix and chill. But we are certainly in an interesting time with our young people. And I don't know what kind of hedges you have around a smartphone use with your with your daughter.

Liza Kindred challenges us to be more mindful in how we use and design technology. She offers us a value system on how to do just that.
