When is authenticity in transparency from the therapists side, like, where is that line between it's helpful. It flattens the hierarchy. It humanizes the therapist a and too much ene doesn't become too much. And i wanted her to have striped bontrits with me at. I needed them to be really clear. So there is that what i feel like is helpful authenticity and transparency that like, provides connection, but i don't ever feel i have to hold her.
