You could do it with like an idiom, for example, or um, whatever you want people to practise,. And then the idea is simply that you explain that ingok. If you did it live, you would get to use gestures, but since we're doing it here, then we'll just have verbal clues to explain it. But there's as am, it's like the in between of password in taboo, because taboo you have words that are prohibited that you can't say. With catchphrase, you just explain it until the person understands what you're talking about
