The Importance of Diversity in Higher Education
There's a really interesting debate. And I do think that there is some merit to the idea that if they had made this argument from the beginning, they might have had a better chance of passing strict scrutiny. The other one is, um, okay, let's just sort of back up for a minute and say, you know that conversation, Sky, you and I just had about race neutral programs that have a race, disproportionate effect? They're like, come on. We know. That's my point. What it's designed to do is essentially try to make these universities more representative of the culture in which they inhabit that they inhabit.
