The Learning Environment Is King
As a young golfer, I got really anxious to the point where it drove me from playing. The learning, except the emotions, they will always be there and that is okay. A good friend of mine, Zane Winslade, who wrote the Mental Toughness Journal, says, just let those feelings wash over you. And I really like the language he uses. It actually links quite closely to what the skill acquisition folks say in the context is king.
