The One Lesson We've Learned From 2016 and 2020

Every campaign I am working on, every pollster or consultant or campaign manager I talk to, we are all anticipating record high turnout in these midterms. Trump is not on the ballot. Some of the Republicans may be trying to do sort of talk out both sides of their mouth on Trump,. But you know, as he said earlier, anger is a huge motivator. And so while I hope that many of them stay home, if they're going to come out and vote against Democrats, I think we plan for it.
