Ginsburg makes the very astute and sharp analogy that this is throwing away an umbrella in a rainstorm because you're not getting wet. And I think that single line might be like why she got a family. It's a fucking great line. The only real thing missing from this dissent, if we go back a couple episodes missing from Justice Stevens' dissent in Citizens United, is that it doesn't question the motives of the conservative majority.
