Fulfillment sounds like a massive challenge I wanted to talk for a second about some of the algorithms that are a part of this warehouse management system. There's just so many things that have to be done well to be able to fulfill a customer's promise. The opportunity for an error there is almost impossible yeah you're looking at on the inbound side of things but it's probably not as scrutinized as well as effectiveness versus efficiency.
