The Role of Cycling in Anterior Knee Pain

The biggest injury that we see in terms of the man age is probably just a, just general anterior knee pain. Patellar femoral joint compression can increase quite a lot on a bike. With Zwift and other innovative ways to be competitive, if you like, indoors, it went off massively. You're loading a very focal point over and over in what we call the sagittal plane. So because you see it in, you stay in normally, you see a lot longer and you are forcing out a decent power.
