The Power of Vulnerability and Intimate Relationships
i've always found it really easy to be completely open and vulnerable on the stage in front of strangers. But then i found that i was always with struggle with vulnerability and intimate relationships. And why it was so much easier for me to be in that vulnerable place on stage was because i was totally in control. That deepening of that kind of a heart centred, co lated connection, i's available to me now. My body was falling apart by i had extreme gastro intestinal issues. I had chronic anxiety, and that's why up such a strong spiritual condition,. Because when i was meditating, i could feel relief, but it would be then back to the anxiety.
