Do You Have the Right to Control Derivative Works?
Most of the European law, but you asked kind of moving this direction over the last 20 years. The creator in Europe has the right to control derivative works. Some versions of IP law would say you have a right to control the wording. Now, maybe you can do some genres, like satire tends to be more protected. But even if you're transmuting or transforming, it's not like you have a complete right to just transform other people's works.
