What Is a Back-Date Prophecy?

Joseph Smith used the voice of an ancient prophet to give credence to his statements, and then to do that with prophecy is what we're talking about today. There's a lot of controversy about this idea that Joseph Smith prophesied that the church was going to relocate in the Rockies.
