The Differences Between Warmer Fermentation and Positive Flavor Contribution

I actually embrace warmer fermentation based on modern equipment. I just think that you, for us, we are more likely to get the flavor attributes that we want from like a very healthy fermentation and then cleans up pretty rapidly at a warmer temperature. So yeah, so I definitely think a little bit warmer, a little bit faster fermentation helps. It kind of cleans up the sulfur faster. You know, depending on the hops, you have to be very careful with hop selection when you're choosing new world varieties. We found something in galaxy heavy batch took a while to calm down.
