Trump Appointees - 302 Appointees?

The court set the following briefing schedule: DOJ's brief is due October 14th, one week from today. Trump's responses due November 10th, that time got shortened. And then the DOJ's reply brief, if any, is due seven days after that on November 17th. So as opposed to Trump's deadline, which was going to have oral arguments sometime in the next century, the 11th circuit is like, yeah, we think we can knock this thing out before Thanksgiving.
