Is There a Middle Ground Between Creation and Salvation?

This is really where the rubber meets the road in terms of salvation. You either believe that God created everything and has the power and authority over all those things which he has created, or you think somehow it's left up to us. And there really is no, we don't really have any middle ground between those two positions to play around with. This is a sovereign work of God's saving power, his word and spirit working together to bring the dead back to life.
