The Origins of the GitHub Business Model

GitHub started as, I don't remember which podcast I listened to where they had an interview with this guy. They decided on $7 because that was the least their credit card processor would let them charge. The obvious business model or the one that was probably being recommended and to the most was advertising. And so they were pretty adamant. It won't add right. So I thought that was interesting. You want to give us a quick overview of like, what is the business model they came up with? We're going to see what happens.
