The central union federations are the people who decide if you can strike or not. This is extremely useful to both reformes, bureacrats and bolsheviks. And it's also very useful for the bolshevik, who want to make sure they can purge anyone whom they don't like. So there's this huge battle, and it ends with basi, like both the bolsheviks and the reformists pull out of the union. Wel, so the anarchists win. E sort of, well, theytapearin victory.
