Is the Supreme Court Fractured?
Do you see even the possibility of five justices forget the standing issue who would vote to uphold the student loan forgiveness program? I think that the court might be fractured it's possible that there would be some justices saying this is an excessive delegation or the major question doctrine would apply and therefore the Biden administration policy must be rescinded. There'll be a continued wave of frustration perhaps anger at the Supreme Court for its willingness to curtail the operations of the executive branch.
