Will the public continue to accept face masks when borders are fully open? Even after theeer mask mandate is lifted, people are likely to voluntarily comply for some time. It will anger people if they you have to wear a mask here, but you don't have to wear one here. There's also the need to make it seem as though it is comprehensive and uniform.
