How Do You Deal With Negative Things in Your Community?

I at some point grew tired of the you know the politics. The biggering and all these little things that can happen in communities. I kind of just have this philosophy as like whoever's going to show up that's who needs to be here and they'll find me when we're here. And it's also just like cutting down that pretty quickly on on certain things that I don't like, one of them is self promotion.
