CHAPTER

The Stoic Anger Management Strategy

I read Seneca's book on anger and I wrote an article of kind of my attempt to translate it for people. It seemed to me that the first stage of dealing with anger Seneca suggested was just to see how destructive it is. My friend told me that it might be unhelpful to see any emotion as good or bad and just to kind of be accepting of them all as natural emotions oh interesting what do you think of that that doesn't itYeah I disagree with your friend they so also I would say that or a half I think what's missing from that is a distinction between two different types of anger in Stoicism.
