The Community Sale - 20 % of the Tol?

There is a limit on how many you could buy. You couldn't actually buy them if you're a canadian, which was really awful for me. But those were bought two years ago during the community sol sale. And i think those had to be held for at least a year. So that already unlocked last september. 29 % of eco system development. We don't really know what its been used for in the last two years. Maybe a lot of it was reserved for this current fund. It sounds like most of those tokens at this point are being staked by people who have their tokens unlocked or unlocking now.
