How to Use the Latest Version of the Compiler
Clippy is a bit bizarre in the way that the replace a bit of cargo and a bit of rusty. So when you run cargo, it is not built in cargo command. It rather runs the common cargo clippy that then calls into cargo check with special environment variables to make it use the clippy driver. But for prok macros or build scripts that poses a problem because they use the standard library and that is what is harder to make work.
