Is There a Way to License a New Vaccine?

i use the analogy of building a house. We've been throwing all this money, all these resources to try and get things done as quick as possible. But absolutely no corners have been cut. There's never going to be zero risk in any vaccine or any new drug that gets brought on to the market. Everything is being done, it should be done, and everything will continue to be done post, you know, post approval. And as i said, it's not in any one's best interests to put an unsafe vaccine out.
