Andi: A lot of it actually begins with cultural basis and kind of precedent for each of these teams. And culturally, i think what we've really been intentional to define first and foremost is that we're all one team. In nimey, the growth team, the self served modernization team, is kind of competing against the sales team. It's not about going and just trying to close as many deals personally as you can.
