Post occupancy evaluation looks at whether a building is performing in the way you want it. There are two types of post occupancy evaluation, one statistical and another by bill bordes. The usable buildings trust asks humans how they feel - that's human centred design. Post occupancy efvaluation should be the input to the next pny and continual improvement.
