Most people, they will try to pronate their arm through their hand. That's fake interpretation. So with those people, what i'll get them to do is actually push on the inside part of the wrist. O that is significantly harder. But thereason why i like it so that it's a bent elbow, not a straight elbow, is because when i bend my arm, i'm going to get some relative internal rotation of the elbow. I need all three of those to be in a position to gain interpretation. For me to gain true shoulder interpre ton,. I need the hip r i need the shoulder, i need the elbow and i need the restif i don't have those
