Damien Collins is the managing director of Momentum Wealth. He has been in America lurking around property markets and doing different things. The housing market's in pretty reasonable shape, he says. It certainly hasn't seen any declines of any significance. So I think some of the high-cost cities, Silicon Valley around that area in New York might take a hit because some of the job losses in Silicon Valley. But fundamentally the housing markets in reasonable shape just because of the too much demand and not enough supply.
