Is Your Target Muscle Not Getting Sore?

If your target muscle is never getting sore again, i wouldn't just do moreof the current work you're doing. I would re evaluate form and i would re evaluate intensity first. There should be some level of muscle soreness at least within your meso cycle. If that's not occurring, then you are actually not getting close to true muscular failure.
