i was going to ask a kind of question about how this might look in practice, because i'm very aware that decisions that er, you know, everywhere, from council to national government are often really hard. And there is like a genuine trade of where some people will kind of be left off very frustrated and and very angry for the greater good of other people's well being. I think outsiders would say seems like a pretty clear solution of kind of building more afford low income housing. But then people actually often bring what is essentially kind of a well being argument, that you can't build houses here because it hurts my local community.
