Alberta Teachers Association Class Action Lawsuit Against Michael Gregory
A proposed class action lawsuit alleges administrators and staff within the Calgary Board of Education were aware of sexual misconduct but didn't take action to stop it. Michael Gregory was suspended from the Alberta Teachers Association for two years, but police said he never taught again. 27 students and three teachers have come forward to join the $40 million lawsuit. The allegations detailed in the lawsuit have not yet been proven in court.
