Binance has withdrawn a 25% of the last ETH or withdrawn in the last 24 hours. What is happening is a shuffling of people withdrawing their ETH. The deposit queue is higher than it was previously to Chappella. And so there is ether going out of centralized exchanges and then also being redeposited into the beacon chain via other mechanisms.
