How to Taste Your Coffee at the Right Temperature
From 56 degrees we started to to see a difference and then we tasted it even down to 21 degrees. It actually became more fruity and more sweet at the lowest temperatures around 30 degrees. We would kind of wait for it to be below 55 and tell people okay now you can taste all the details so yeah when we do sensory profiling it's also important for us that the coffee is tasted at the same temperature.
